The General Electric Company's UR-RHH is a power module designed to be installed in the general purpose relay family. The module can be ordered in two voltage ranges, with or without redundant power options. Low range (LO) operates at nominal voltages of 24 to 48 V (DC only), while high range (HI) operates at nominal voltages of 125 to 250 V (DC and AC). The power module can supply power to the relay and the dry contact input connection. The power module has an internal fuse rating of 4A / 250 V

The self-testing element of the relay automatically assesses the health of the power module. The primary and secondary tests used to ensure the integrity of the device can assess proper hardware functionality and cut off power to the PSU in the event of a serious failure. If the test detects a hardware problem or serious failure, the system can indicate this to nearby users via leds located on the panels of all UR devices. Panel leds directly related to power supply include continuously on, on/off cycle, and off.
