DCS系统日常维护:

系统的日常维护是DCS系统稳定运行的基础，主要维护工作如下:

(1)完善DCS系统管理体系。

(2)空调设备稳定运行，温度变化小于±5℃/h，避免因温湿度变化过快而使系统设备结露。

(3)尽量避免电磁场对系统的干扰，避免移动操作站、显示器等，避免拉扯或损坏设备连接电缆和通信电缆。

(4)注意防尘，现场与控制室之间合理隔离，定期清洁，保持清洁，防止灰尘对部件运行和散热造成影响;

(5)严禁使用非正版软件，严禁安装与系统无关的软件。

(6)备份控制子目录文件，记录各控制回路的PID参数、调节器的正负作用等系统数据。

(7)检查控制主机、显示器、鼠标、键盘等硬件是否完好，实时监控工作是否正常。

(8)查看故障诊断界面，是否有故障提示。

(5) It is strictly prohibited to use non-genuine software, and it is strictly prohibited to install software unrelated to the system.

(6) Back up the control subdirectory file, record the PID parameters of each control loop, the positive and negative effects of the regulator and other system data.

(7) Check whether the hardware of the control host, display, mouse, keyboard and so on is intact, and whether the real-time monitoring work is normal.

(8) Check whether a fault message is displayed on the fault diagnosis page.
