MGV introduces the SPH613 and SPH1013 series, which are the thinnest 600 watt and 1000 watt power supplies on the market today. With a mounting width of only 56 mm for 600 watts and 66 mm for 1000 watts, users can get more space in the switch cabinet.

These powerful power supplies can be used in a variety of industrial applications, offering flexible fixtures (DIN rail or wall mount) that can operate in any location at temperatures up to +70°c thanks to an integrated fan. The new SPH613 and SPH1013 series feature a wide input range of 3x340-550 VAC for IT and delta networks.

The SPH613 provides a high stable output of 24V at 25A and the SPH1013 provides a high stable output of 24V at 40A. The output voltage can be adjusted between 23.5 and 28.5 volts. The micro-controlled advanced power boost, now enhanced by the MGV, provides the user with a comfortable liner to meet additional short-term power needs. Twice the output current level (i.e. 40 or 80A) can be maintained for 2s, either during the start-up phase or during continuous operation.

In order to obtain greater power, the power supply can be switched in parallel. The ultra-thin series SPH613 and SPH1013 have been tested with EN60950 and UL60950 and are UL508 certified. Internal power fuses, overvoltage and overload protection, and overtemperature control with cut-off function ensure a high level of operational safety, so that even improper use or failure of the fan does not cause damage to the power supply or connected appliances.

Despite their very thin construction, the power supply guarantees an injection voltage of up to 4 kV, which is crucial for industrial applications. MGV offers a variety of compact DIN rail power supplies with outputs between 15 and 2000 watts. All power supplies are developed and produced in Munich.
