The 1394 is a modular multi-axis motion control and drive system family whose design enables the 1394 to be used as an integrated circuit with either Turbo or standard configuration motion controller and drive system (GMC) IMC S-class compact features, integrated 9/440 CNC system, 9 series CNC digital interface drive system, SERCOS servo drive system, or analog servo drive system.

All 1394 systems offer direct line connections (transformer-free) for 360 and 480V three-phase input power, efficient IGBT power conversion, slide and lock, intermodule connection systems. Each system module can be configured with up to four axis modules, each axis module is connected to the motor. 1394 offers panel space and interconnect savings.
