软件系统

DCS的软件体系通常可以为用户提供相当丰富的功能软件模块和功能软件包，控制工程师利用DCS提供的组态软件，将各种功能软件进行适当的“组装连接”(即组态)，生成满足控制系统的要求各种应用软件。

The real-time database plays the role of the central link, where the data is shared, and the execution code exchanges data with it, which is used to store the data collected on the spot, the control output, the intermediate results of some calculations and the control algorithm structure and other information.

The data inspection module is used to collect the field data and fault signal, and realize the necessary auxiliary functions such as digital filtering, unit transformation and compensation operation. DCS control function is generated through the configuration, different systems, the need for control algorithm modules are different, usually involves the following modules: arithmetic operation module, logic operation module, PID control module, variant PID module, hand automatic switching module, nonlinear processing module, actuator control module and so on. The control output module mainly realizes the output of control signal to fault processing.
