1771-OAD 可编程控制器

摇表有三个接线柱,上面分别标有线路(L)、接地(E)和屏蔽或保护环(G)。用摇表测量绝缘电阻时的接法如图所示

1、照明及动力线路对地绝缘电阻的测量.

将摇表接线柱E可靠接地,接线柱L与被测线路连接。按顺时针方向由慢到快摇动摇表的发电机手柄,大约1分钟时间,待摇表指针稳定后读数。这时摇表指示的数值就是被测线路的对地绝缘电阻值,单位是兆欧。

2、电动机绝缘电阻的测量

拆开电动机绕组的Y或Δ形联结的接线。用摇表的两接线柱E和L分别接电动机的两相绕组,如图所示。摇动摇表的发电机手柄读数。此接法测出的是电动机绕组的相间绝缘电阻。电动机绕组对地绝缘电阻的测量接线如图所示。接线柱E接电动机机壳(应清出机壳上接触处的漆或锈等)接线柱L接电动机绕组上摇动摇表的手柄读数,测量出电动机对地绝缘电阻。

3、电缆绝缘电阻的测量

测量时的接线方法如图所示。将摇表接线柱E接电缆外壳,接线柱G接电缆线芯与外壳之间的绝缘层上,接线柱L接电缆线芯,摇动摇表的发电机手柄读数。测量结果是电缆线芯与外壳的绝缘电阻值。

The dial has three terminals labeled line (L), ground (E), and shielding or protection ring (G). The connection method for measuring insulation resistance with a dial is shown in the figure

Ground the dial terminal post E reliably and connect the terminal post L to the line under test. Shake the generator handle of the watch in the clockwise direction from slow to fast, for about 1 minute, and read after the hands of the watch are stabilized. At this time, the value indicated by the swing meter is the insulation resistance value of the line under test, and the unit is megohm.

2. Measurement of motor insulation resistance

Disassemble the wiring of the Y or Delta connection of the motor winding. The two terminals E and L of the dial are respectively connected to the two-phase winding of the motor, as shown in the figure. Shake the generator handle reading of the watch. The interphase insulation resistance of the motor winding is measured by this connection. The measurement connection of motor winding to ground insulation resistance is shown in the figure. Terminal post E is connected to the motor housing (paint or rust should be removed from the contact point of the housing) Terminal post L is connected to the handle reading of the shaking meter on the motor winding to measure the insulation resistance of the motor to the ground.

3. Measurement of cable insulation resistance

The wiring method during measurement is shown in the figure. Connect the terminal post E to the cable housing, the terminal post G to the insulation between the cable core and the housing, the terminal post L to the cable core, shake the generator handle reading of the meter. The measurement result is the insulation resistance of the cable core and the housing.
