PLC 非接地工作时，1786-RG6应将PLC 的安装支架容性接地，以抑制电磁干扰。在PLC 系统中，导线主要有PLC 和负载电源线、交流电压的数字量信号线、直流的数字量信号线、模拟量信号线等。根据接线的功能不同，其防干扰措施如下：

（1）1786-RG6电气柜内接线安排：只有屏蔽的模拟量输入信号线才能与数字量信号线装在同一电缆槽内；直流电压线和模拟量信号线不能与交流量电压线装在同一电缆槽内；只有220V 电源线才能与信号线装在同一电缆槽内；电气柜的进出口屏蔽一定要接地。

（2）1786-RG6电气柜外接线安排：直流和交流电压的数字量信号线以及模拟量信号线(要用屏蔽电缆)一定要各自用独立的电缆；信号线电缆与电源电缆同装在同一电缆槽内，但为了改进抗噪性能，建议将其间隔 10cm左右。

（3）1786-RG6屏蔽 PLC 机壳屏蔽，一般将机壳与电气柜浮空，在 PLC 机壳地板上加装一块等位屏蔽板，保护接地与地板保持一定的连接，使用铜导线时，其截面积不小于 10mm2，以构成等位屏蔽体，有效的除电磁干扰。 电缆屏蔽，一般对载送小信号(mV或μV)的模拟员信号线，要将其电气柜内电缆屏蔽体的一端连接到屏蔽母体，数字量信号线的屏蔽不超出屏蔽母体；对模拟量的屏蔽总线可绝缘。并将央点连接到参考电位或地；数字量信号线两端接地可除高频干扰。

However, to improve the noise resistance, it is recommended that the signal cable be separated by about 10cm.

(3) 1786-RG6 shield PLC shell shield, generally the shell and electric cabinet floating, in the PLC shell floor to install a equipotential shield plate, protective grounding and floor to maintain a certain connection, the use of copper wire, the cross-sectional area is not less than 10mm2, to form a equipotential shield, effective in addition to electromagnetic interference. Generally, for the analog signal line carrying a small signal (mV or μV), one end of the cable shield body in the electrical cabinet should be connected to the shielding parent, and the shielding of the digital signal line does not exceed the shielding parent; The shielding bus for analog quantities can be insulated. And connect the central point to the reference potential or ground; Grounding at both ends of the digital signal line can eliminate high-frequency interference.
