The main display displays a global map, and the 5370-CVIM indicates the machines at all customer sites that have subscribed to the service, which is done by the original equipment manufacturer. In addition, the display displays summary machine status and recent overall Equipment efficiency (OEE) information.

Service engineers can filter by specific end user, location or machine type with an easy-to-use search function for further analytical information. For each machine, Oems can also view the last three months of machine condition, significant events, production counts, cycle time achievement levels, and custom process variables and counter information in pre-configured dashboards and lower-level screens.

With this operating system simply set up by the original equipment manufacturer, the 5370-CVIM can be deployed and fully functional in minutes. The subscription-based model gives Oems a degree of flexibility while allowing for effective cost control and forecasting.
