技术分析

(1)入侧的额定参数。

①额定电压→低压变频器的额定电压有单相220~240V(主要是家用电器中的小容量变频器)，三相220V或380~460V。我国低压变频器的额定电压多为三相380V，中高压变频器的额定电压有3kV、6kV和10kV。

②额定频率→一般规定为工频50Hz或60Hz，我国为50Hz。

(2)输出侧的额定参数。

①额定输出电压→由于变频器的输出电压是随频率变化的，所以其额定输出电压只能规定为输出电压中的大值，通常它总是和输入侧的额定电压相等。


②额定输出电流→额定输出电流指允许长时间输出的大电流，是用户选择变频器的主要依据。

③额定输出容量→额定输出容量由额定输出电压和额定输出电流的乘积决定:。Se=√3UeIex10?3。式中的S 额定输出量，kVA；Ue 额定输出电压，V；Ic 额定输出电流，A。需指出:变频器的额定容量有以额定输出电流(A)表示的，有以额定有功功率(kw)表示的，也有以额定视在功率(kVA)表示的。

(1) Rated parameters of the inlet side.

① Rated voltage → Low-voltage inverter rated voltage has single-phase 220~240V(mainly small capacity inverter in household appliances), three-phase 220V or 380~460V. The rated voltage of low-voltage inverter in China is mostly three-phase 380V, and the rated voltage of medium-high voltage inverter is 3kV, 6kV and 10kV.

② Rated frequency → Generally specified as power frequency 50Hz or 60Hz, our country is 50Hz.

(2) Rated parameters of the output side.

① Rated output voltage → Because the output voltage of the inverter changes with the frequency, its rated output voltage can only be specified as the maximum value of the output voltage, usually it is always equal to the rated voltage on the input side.


② Rated output current → Rated output current refers to the maximum current allowed for long-term output, which is the main basis for users to choose the inverter.

③ Rated output capacity → Rated output capacity is determined by the product of rated output voltage and rated output current: Se=√3UeIex10? 3. In the formula, S rated output, kVA; Ue rated output voltage, V; Ic Rated output current, A. It should be pointed out that the rated capacity of the inverter is expressed in rated output current (A), in rated active power (kw), and in rated apparent power (kVA).
