1、脉冲突跳起动方式
对于静阻力矩较大的负载,必须施加一个短时的大起动力矩,以克服静摩擦力,这就要求起动器可以短时输出90%的额定电压。
2、接触器旁路工作模式
当电动机全速运行后,用旁路接触器来取代已完成任务的软起动器,以降低晶闸管的热耗,提高系统效率。在这种模式下用一台软起动器起动多台电动机.
3、节能运行模式
电动机负荷较轻时,软起动器可自动降压,以此提高电动机功率因数。
4、软停车
在不希望电动机突然停车的场合,可以通过软停车方式来逐步降低电动机端电压。
5、泵停车
对惯性力矩较小的泵,软起动器在起动和停机过程中,实时检测电动机的负载电流,根据泵的负载和速度特性调节输出电压,消除“水锤效应”。
6、动力制动
在惯性力矩大的负载或需要快速停机的场合,可以向电动机输入直流电,以实现快速制动
