A6410测量线圈的涡流传感器连接到振荡器电路中发射机由屏蔽传感器连接电缆。

A6410 The measurement coil of the eddy current sensor is connected to the oscillator circuit in which the transmitter is connected by a shielded sensor cable.

The oscillator circuit generates a high-frequency signal, which will result in a magnetic field of the high-frequency eddy current sensor head. If this magnetic field conforms to a metal target in front of the probe - such as a rotation axis - the A6410 will cause a high-frequency current and a relative magnetic field.

Field loss in the target material due to induced secondary magnetic field near the sensor head. This loss of energy is called damping.

The damping coefficient of the oscillator depends on the sensor head and the measurement target. The smaller the distance, the higher the damping coefficient and, therefore, the smaller the amplitude of the oscillator signal. The transmitter provides an output signal proportional to the actual distance between the sensor head and the target material.
