The solid-state serial interface module designed and manufactured by GE Fanuc is called the IC693BEM320 solid-state Serial I/O Interface module. It is manufactured for the proprietary GE Fanuc I/O Link network protocol and the interconnect of Series 90-30 or Series 90-70 programmable logic controllers (PLCS).

The module can be configured by the user to send 32 or 64 I/O points to the GE Fanuc I/O Link, but only as a slave module, not as a master module.
