The DS3800NGDC is a printed circuit board designed as a component of GE's Mark IV system. The Mark IV is designed for gas turbine and steam turbine management, automates some procedures (start-up, shutdown, cooling), and can protect turbine systems and keep them operating within safe parameters. The DS3800NGDC is designed to be used as a ground detector board.

The DS3800NGDC is designed with the following specifications:

It has three cement winding resistors. Two of them use nylon plugs to lift the wires off the board.

It has two (blue) 25V 100μf capacitors and two yellow Seacor polyester DC foil and film axial lead capacitors (600v). There are multiple other capacitors on the board.
