Product description

This product is a component of the Speedtronic Mark IV turbine control series. It is manufactured by General Electric. The DS3800NFMC1F1D is the fault finder display board. For decades, the Mark IV series has been relied upon to provide safety and functionality for gas and steam turbines.

The DS3800NFMC1F1D has a long connector port that spans the left edge of the board. Nine (9) red leds, also known as light-emitting diodes, are located on the right edge of the board. Below the LED are fifteen (15) test points. These enable the user to ensure that the board is working properly. Thirty-eight (38) integrated circuits are placed throughout the DS3800NFMC1F1D. Each integrated circuit contains very small resistors, diodes and capacitors. Located to the left of the DS3800NFMC1F1D are nineteen (19) transistors. In between the transistors are various other components. There are different colors of ribbon resistors as well as diodes and capacitors. Below is a row of ribbon resistors, flanked by two (2) ribbon resistors and two ribbon capacitors. Listed along the top edge of DS3800NFMC1F1D are the letters A through J. The left edge next to the connector port is the numbers 10 to 80 x <>. The right side of the card has more ribbon resistors, red solid resistors, and ribbon capacitors.
