Product description

Ge developed the DS3800NFCF1J1G as a turbo-controlled combustion panel for the Mark IV (Speedtronic) series. The Mark IV is designed for gas turbine/steam turbine management to protect systems from unsafe and adverse operating conditions. It can also automate certain processes, such as startup, shutdown, and cooling.

The DS3800NFCF1J1G acts as a motherboard for the optional auxiliary DS3800DFCF. When this board is installed, it adds several components, including an ammeter. Four nylon pins are installed on the left side of the DS3800NFCF1J1G to support the corners of the DS3800DFCF. If a circuit board is installed, a <> metal pin locks the board into place.

The DS3800NFCF1J1G consists of 42 circuits, including a flip-flop (buffered to provide maximum isolation from external interference), a 4-bit up/down counter, an 8-bit static MOS RAM chip, and a crystal oscillator. All circuits are labeled.
