数字量输入/输出模块

开关量输入模块就是外部控制信号或现场检测信号给PLC CPU的处理模块，外部信号一般是按钮、接近开关、行程开关等。

输出模块是PLC根据输入模块采入的信号和内部逻辑编程进行逻辑处理，处理后的结果过，开关量输出便由输出模块输出高低电平信号，驱动外部中间继电器、接触器、指示灯、电磁阀等元件，进而使外部设备进行相应的动作

输出模块的作用

PLC输出模块的作用是对输出信号进行功率放大。PLC的信号是以电平表示的，要使它在被读出的过程中不发生畸变，就需要有一定的储备能量或者说要有一定的信号功率。输出模块的作用实际就是功率放大器。输出模块就是可以驱动外部负载。
常见的PLC输出器件有，晶体管、可控硅、继电器。
PLC输入模块用来接收，生产过程的各个参数。（启动 停止 ）
PLC输出模块用来送出可编程控制器运算后得到的信息，并通过机外的执行机构完成工业现场的各类控制。（执行结果用输出）1.有良好的抗干扰的能力。
