The DS3800NCCB is a General Electric auxiliary circuit board. The board is a component of the Speedtronic Mark IV turbine control system.

The DS3800NCCB is covered with dozens of ribbon resistors of different colors and patterns. The band color on each resistor indicates the resistance capability of each device. There are many black diodes throughout the board. There are also many different sizes of yellow capacitors on the DS3800NCCB. The DS3800NCCB contains eighteen (18) integrated circuits. These integrated circuits contain several very small circuit components, such as diodes, resistors, and capacitors.

There are four (3800) resistance networks on the DS4NCCB. Each resistance network has a series of resistors inside it. The resistance of each of these resistors adds up to the total resistance of the resistance network. On one side of the DS3800NCCB, there are four (4) light-emitting diodes, also known as leds. These diodes light up orange when operating. Arranged in the middle of the LED is a series of fifteen (15) test points. These test points enable the card to be tested to ensure that it is functioning properly. Located on one edge of the DS3800NCCB is a long connector port. Using this port, additional components can be connected to the board, or the board can be connected to another component. At the center of the DS3800NCCB is an additional smaller connection port, which can also be used to connect other components to the card. Two (3800) small transistors can also be found on the DS2NCCB.
