The DS3800HXRB1B1B is a C-bus receiver circuit board manufactured by General Electric. The board was created for the Speedtronic Mark IV series. The Mark IV is a family of turbine controls that have been relied upon for decades to provide safe and efficient operation of gas and steam turbines.

The DS3800HXRB1B1B C Bus receiver board has a total of thirty (30) integrated circuits that cover most of the board. Capacitors of various colors and sizes can also be found on the surface of the circuit board. The red switch is located in the lower left corner of DS3800HXRB1B1B. Next to the switch are three (3) light-emitting diodes, also known as leds. The LED indicator is red. On the right edge of the card are three (3) "male" connector ports, giving the user the option of connecting additional parts to the board or connecting the DS3800HXRB1B1B to another board. One (1) resistance network is located on the right half of the board. Each resistor network contains multiple resistors.
