The IC695CPU320-CF is a 1 GHz CPU in the GE Fanuc RX3i PACSytems product line. The IC695CPU320-CF is a programmable automation controller that supports hot standby redundancy. This powerful design enables critical applications or processes to continue running even if any one component fails and the system stops running. RX3i CPUs like the IC695CRU320 are portable control engines that are programmed and configured to control different machines, processes, and material handling systems in real time.

The IC695CPU320-CF has two separate serial ports and an Intel Celeron-M microprocessor. Its 64 MB non-volatile flash memory complements 64 MB of battery-powered random access memory (RAM). The IC695CRU320 also supports local and remote extension racks. The CPU uses a serial backplane design that is compatible with the expansion modules (but not the mainframe) in the 90-30 series I/O product family. The IC695CRU320 uses Proficy Machine Edition and is used in all GE Fanuc controller development environments.
