GE Div Multi Auxiliary Board DS3800HLIA1A1B is designed for quick installation in drives. The board has a modular connector at one end and a fixed rod at the other end. The GE Div Multi Auxiliary Board DS1HLIA3800A1B is also fitted with a red LED indicator and 15 amber leds, which are visible from the front of the board.

The holding rod is used as a locking mechanism to hold the board in the frame. They keep the modular connectors fully in place and prevent the board from moving. When the driver is running, the operator can track the board by looking at the leds. The LED is located on the front of the board, so it is visible when the driver processes the signal and the motor is powered on. When the amber LED lights up, it indicates that the board is powered on and that all diagnostic startup tests have passed. If the red LED blinks, it means the board is active and processing information.

If the red LED does not flash, it may indicate that an error has occurred and processing has stopped. If you suspect a problem with the motherboard, you can disconnect all power to the drive and then pull up the retaining rod to remove the motherboard from the rack. Then wait a few seconds, put the board back into the rack, and then reinsert the board into the modular connector. Press down on the retaining rod to lock the board.
