The GE input isolation board DS3800HIOA1C1E has a hole at each corner for mounting the circuit board with screws. The GE input isolator board DS3800HIOA1C1E also houses a microprocessor and multiple erasable programmable read-only (EPROM) modules. The board has a 34-pin connector that can be accessed from the edge of the board. It also populates the test points.

If the board is not operating at full load, check the fuse first. Replace any blown. If too much power or other abnormal activity occurs in the circuit, the fuse will blow to protect the circuit. This disconnects the power supply to the circuit, and the functionality provided by the circuit is lost.
