The DS3800HIMA1C1D is a printed circuit board designed by GE as part of its Speedtronic/Mark IV series. The Mark IV was created as a gas turbine and steam turbine control system. The Mark IV features an intentionally redundant integrated chipset design that reduces overall system downtime due to electronic equipment failures. The Mark IV can be used for turbine fuel and auxiliary equipment start-up sequence, shutdown and cooling procedures, as well as generator and system synchronization.

The DS3800HIMA1C1D has factory drilling designs on three of the four corners. It has an amber LED on the long upper side. The board has several diodes and resistors, but it is worth noting that not all diodes are labeled on the board.
