The DS3800HFPB1F1E is a processor board for turbine control. It is part of the Mark IV series of turbine controllers. Ge created the Mark Series to handle every aspect of the turbine to ensure proper operation and safety.

On the side of the board is a black connector port. The black forty pin male connector port can be used to connect the board to another electrical component. Many integrated circuits can be found everywhere. These integrated circuits contain several different types of circuit elements. Micro-capacitors, resistors, diodes and other devices are located on each integrated circuit. There are several small blue capacitors on the entire circuit board. Capacitors, also known as condensers or condensers, are electronic components that store potential energy in an electric field. Aligned on one edge of the board are eight (8) light-emitting diodes, which have red leds. A diode is an electronic component that conducts energy in one direction.
