Every HART® field device is able to provide important data about its performance and the processes it controls.

If you have installed smart field devices but are not taking full advantage of their capabilities, you need MTL's HART® connectivity system. Our MTLHART® products provide the connection between HART® field instrumentation, control systems and process automation maintenance software. MTL's HART® multiplexer system provides online access from a PC to HART® field devices to monitor device performance. HART® devices can be selected for routine condition monitoring and alerts when conditions change.

Our HART®CONNECTIONS strip the HART® digital signal from the 4-20mA signal (delivered unscathed to the control system) and send it directly to the maintenance PC. Therefore, you can use the benefits provided by the powerful configuration and predictive maintenance software.
