一、差压式流量计的组成
它是由节流元件、差压计(一般用差压变送器)、引压导管和流量显示记录仪(多功能流量积算仪)。
1、节流元件
在管道中安装一个固定的阻挡体,它中间开一个小孔,当流体流过这个开孔横截面时,就会发生流束的收缩,这时流体的流动速度加快,压力降低,在阻挡体前后产生一个较大的压力差。这个压力差随流量变化,流量越大,差压越大,因此,通过测量这个压力差就可以推算出流量的大小,这个过程叫节流过程,其中造成流束收缩的元件叫节流元件。
我公司流量计使用的是差压式流量计,使用的节流元件为标准孔板,引压管为φ18×2无缝钢管,差压变送器是3051差压变送器。并配有JH-1151压力变送器和热电阻作为温度压力补偿。
2、节流元件(标准孔板)的取压方式
节流元件的取压方式有多种,如角接取压和法兰取压等,我公司标准孔板取压方式采用的是环室取压,即在孔板两侧安装前后环室,并由法兰将环室、孔板、垫片紧固在一起。

1. Composition of differential pressure flowmeter
It is composed of a throttling element, a differential pressure meter (generally a differential pressure transmitter), a pressure inductor and a flow display recorder (multi-function flow integrator).
1. Throttle element
A fixed barrier body is installed in the pipeline, and a small hole is cut in the middle. When the fluid flows through the cross section of the open hole, the flow beam will shrink, and the flow speed of the fluid will be accelerated, and the pressure will be reduced, resulting in a large pressure difference between the front and back of the barrier body. This pressure difference changes with the flow rate, the greater the flow rate, the greater the differential pressure, therefore, by measuring this pressure difference can be calculated the size of the flow rate, this process is called the throttling process, which causes the beam contraction of the element is called the throttling element.
The flowmeter used by our company is a differential pressure flowmeter, the throttling element is a standard orifice plate, the pressure tube is φ18×2 seamless steel pipe, and the differential pressure transmitter is 3051 differential pressure transmitter. It is equipped with JH-1151 pressure transmitter and thermal resistance as temperature and pressure compensation.
2, throttle element (standard orifice plate) pressure method
There are many ways to take pressure of throttling elements, such as Angle contact pressure and flange pressure, etc. Our company's standard hole plate pressure is the ring chamber, that is, the front and rear ring chambers are installed on both sides of the hole plate, and the ring chamber, hole plate and gasket are fastened together by the flange.
