BENTLY 3500/42M 汽轮机安全状态监测轴振动模块

3500/42M 位移/速度加速度监测器是一个4通道监测器，它可以接受来自位移、速度、加速度传感器的信号，通过对这些信号的处理，它可以完成各种不同的振动和位移测量，，并将处理的信号与用户编程的报警设置点进行比较。3500/42M的每个通道均可以使用3500框架组态软件对进行编程，完成下列各种功能:

*径向振动

*轴向位移

*差胀

*轴偏心

*圆形可接受区

注：监测器通道成对编程，可以同时完成zui多以上两个功能。通道1和2可以完成一个功能，通道3和4完成另一个(或相同)功能。

主要功能

1.    借助于当前的机器振动和已组态中的报警设定值，二者进行连续比较，可以驱动报警系统，从而实现机械保护。

2.    为操作人员和维护人员提供基本的机器信号

The 3500/42M displacement/Velocity acceleration monitor is a 4-channel monitor that can accept signals from displacement, velocity, and acceleration sensors, and by processing these signals, it can complete a variety of vibration and displacement measurements, and compare the processed signals with the alarm setting points programmed by the user. Each channel of 3500/42M can be programmed using the 3500 framework configuration software to accomplish the following functions:

* Radial vibration

* Axial displacement

Differential expansion

* shaft eccentricity

* Circular acceptable area

Note: The monitor channels are programmed in pairs to perform up to two functions at the same time. Channels 1 and 2 can accomplish one function, and channels 3 and 4 can accomplish another (or the same) function.

Main function

1. With the help of the current machine vibration and the alarm set value in the configuration, the two can be continuously compared to drive the alarm system, so as to achieve mechanical protection.

2. Provide basic machine signals for operators and maintenance personnel
