3500/45 监测器的主要功能是:
1) 通过将所监测参数与设定的报警点进行连续比较并驱动报警,以提供机械保护功能
2) 为运行人员和维护人员提供基本的机器信息。
根据组态,每一通道可将输入信号处理为称作“比例值”的多种参数。每一个有效比例值可组态为报警设置点,而任意两个有效比例值可组态为危险设置点。
前面板LED(发光二极管): OK LED 指示3500/45 运行正常
TX/RX LED:指示3500/45 正在与3500框架内其它模块通讯旁路
LED:指示3500/45 正处于旁路关态
通过LED进行故障诊断时,3500/45与前面提到的3500/40M相似。 传感器缓冲输出:在监测器前面板上每个通道对应有一个同轴接头。各同轴接头带有短路保护。当使用DC LVDT 时,通道3 和通道4 是-10Vdc 的电平转换。当使用ACLVDT 时,所有通道均为由LVDT 返回的交流信号的直流显示。

The main functions of the 3500/45 monitor are:
1) By continuously comparing the monitored parameters with the set alarm point and driving the alarm to provide mechanical protection function
2) Provide basic machine information for operators and maintenance personnel.
Depending on the configuration, each channel can process the input signal into a variety of parameters called "proportional values". Each effective proportion value can be configured as an alarm setting point, and any two effective proportion values can be configured as a danger setting point.
Front panel LED (Light emitting Diode) : OK LED indicates that 3500/45 is operating properly
TX/RX LED: indicates that 3500/45 is communicating with other modules in the 3500 frame
LED: Indicates that 3500/45 is in bypass off state
When troubleshooting by LED, the 3500/45 is similar to the 3500/40M mentioned earlier. Sensor buffer output: There should be a coaxial connector for each channel pair on the monitor front panel. Each coaxial connector has short circuit protection. When using a DC LVDT, channels 3 and 4 are level conversions of -10Vdc. When an ACLVDT is used, all channels are a DC display of the AC signal returned by the LVDT.
