133819-02功能描述

None. 133819-02 Function Description
The Bently Nevada 3500/60 and 3500/61 series temperature monitoring modules support thermocouple (TC and Resistance temperature detector (RTD) temperature input and provide six temperature monitoring channels. These inputs are conditionally compared by the module to user programmable alarm setpoints. The only difference between 3500/60 and 3500/61 is that the latter has recorder outputs in all six channels, while the former does not. With the 3500 Frame configuration software, users configure modules for RTD or TC temperature readings. There are many types of /O modules that are RTD/TC non-isolated or TC-isolated. The RTD/TC non-isolated type can be configured to accept TC, RTD, or a combination of TC and RTD inputs. The TC isolation version provides 250 Vdc inter-channel isolation to prevent external interference.
When used in a three-mode redundancy (TMR) setup, the temperature monitors must be installed in groups of three side by side. When set up in this way, the system uses two different voting methods to guarantee accuracy and prevent a single point of failure.

133819-02 Functions
If the 3500 system is operating at ambient temperatures higher than +35C, the available full range is reduced when using any - isolated thermocouple /O modules (-O3 or -04I/O ordering options). The range will be reduced to -76F to +1832F, or -60C to +1000C. In this case, the system will not operate efficiently, so it should not be set to run under these Settings. The rack configuration software will allow users to configure channels as low as -100C
