DSDX452L故障原因:
(1)由于变频器在停机过程中减速时间过快,电机处于发电机状态,电机将能量反馈到模块的直流母线产生泵送电压,使值流母线电压
过高。
(2)由于现场变压器的出厂标准接线为10KV和6KV,如果母线电压超过10.3KV或6.3KV,变压器的输出电压会过高,从而导致模块母线
电压上升并引|起过电压。
(3)同一位置不同相位模块的光纤反接(例如A4和B4光纤反接),引起相电压输出过电压。
DSDX452L解决方法:
(1)适当延长上减速时间和减速时间。
(2)将模块内的过压保护点增加到1150V。
(3)当用户电压达到10.3KV(6KV)以上时,压器短路端子改为10.5KV(6.3KV)。
(4)检查光纤是否插入错误,纠正连接错误的光纤。

(3) Optical fiber reverse connection of different phase modules at the same position (such as A4 and B4 optical fiber reverse connection), causing phase voltage output overvoltage.
DSDX452L Solution:
(1) Properly extend the upper deceleration time and deceleration time.
(2) Increase the overvoltage protection point in the module to 1150V.
(3) When the user voltage reaches more than 10.3KV(6KV), the short circuit terminal of the compressor is changed to 10.5KV(6.3KV).
(4) Check whether the optical fiber is inserted incorrectly and correct the incorrectly connected optical fiber.
