阀门控制器由模拟电路构成．包括主汽门(MSV)、高压调门(GV)、中压调门(IV)控制器。阀门控制器根据主控制器给出的阀门开度指令调节阀开度．使阀门开度完全对应于开度指阀门处于较小位置；其输出的毫安电流信号通过电液转换器转换成油压信号后再去动作阀门。阀位的反馈信号通过位置变送器(LVDT)送回阀门控制器与输入阀位指令信号进行偏差比较。

阀位控制器系执行器的附属仪表，与各类气动调节阀配套使用，用以显示调节阀上限，下限两个工作位置。如与调节系统或事故保护系统配合应用，可实现调节系统中阀门与其他装置的相互联锁，事故状态下可显示现场调节阀的上限或下限位置。防爆等级dⅡBT4，广泛应用于自控系统中比较重要的调节回路中，是石油、化工、冶金、电站、轻纺等工业部门中一种配套仪表。

阀位控制器可以与各类调节阀配套使用，用来显示调节阀行程的上限和下限。如果和控制系统或事故保护系统配套使用，可以实现控制系统中阀门的相互联锁；在事故状态时，可以显示调节阀的行程位置。因此，阀位控制器是以调节阀的行程变化来驱动控制器的微动开关并以电信号输出的一种阀位发信装置。

The valve position controller can be used with all kinds of regulating valves to display the upper and lower limits of the regulating valve stroke. If it is used together with the control system or the accident protection system, the interlock of the valves in the control system can be realized; In the event of an accident, the travel position of the regulating valve can be displayed. Therefore, the valve position controller is a valve position signaling device that drives the microswitch of the controller with the change of the stroke of the regulating valve and outputs it with an electrical signal.
