System board FC-GPCS-RIO16-PF
The Pepperl + Fuchard integrated board FC-GPCS-RIO16-PF was developed specifically for the intrinsic security of integration with the Honeywell remote general-purpose security IO module FC-RUSIO-3224.
Connect to the RUSIO module through Pepperl + Fuchs system interconnection cable CAHWC300-AIO-DIO-3m.
IO can be configured flexibly for both Pepperl + Fuchsia and RUSIO modules.
The IO configuration of the RUSIO module is done through software configuration. IO configuration of the integrated board is accomplished by selecting the correct IS barrier according to the following table:

The system board was jointly developed by Pepperl + Fuchres and Honeywell, and was successfully tested and approved by Honeywell (see SMS - mvip - Certificate). The extended housing complete RUSIO system allows universal IS I/O installation in the field. Choosing the appropriate IS barrier allows customers to flexibly configure I/O and freely mix analog input and output as well as digital input and output signals.
