The IS200JPDLG1A is a GE component created for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is one of the last gas turbine and steam turbine management systems released by GE as part of the Speedtronic family. This series of turbine management systems has been researched, developed and successfully released by GE for three decades. The Mark VI includes some of the best parts of these early systems (e.g., triple redundancy control) and was released with technological advancements such as Ethernet communication capabilities and a Windows platform PC used as an HMI (operator interface).

The IS200JPDLG1A is a switchboard. JPDL boards are sometimes referred to as "Skinny" boards because of their size. The IS200JPDLG1A provides DC power distribution between the control power supply (usually a JPDS or JPDP board) and multiple I/O packages. The IS200JPDLG1A boards can be Daisy chained together. The board is used to provide organized control power separation by providing isolated distribution circuits for the TMR system.

The IS200JPDLG1A board is equipped with six varistors, which are interchangeable with six I/O connectors. These connectors are Mate-n-Lock connectors, labeled JR1/JR2, JS1/JS2, and JT1/JT2. At both ends of the board, there are two larger 5-pin Mate-N-Lock connectors.
