自并励系统的缺点
整流装置电源电压取自发电机端,系统故障时,随着机端电压下降,影响励磁系统的强励能力。
有碳刷增加了维护量。
发电机近端短路时,因机端电压突然降低很多时可能不满足强励要求,强励减弱时,短路电流迅速衰减,而造成出口带时限继电器拒动,使故障扩大,须加有记忆功能继电器。
起励时,发电机剩磁不足以提供可控硅的导通电压,发电机不能自励,需要另外设置起励电源。

When the generator is short-circuited near the end, it may not meet the requirements of strong excitation when the terminal voltage is suddenly reduced. When the strong excitation is weakened, the short circuit current rapidly attenuates, resulting in the rejection of the outlet with a time limit relay and the expansion of the fault. A memory function relay must be added.
During excitation, the remanence of the generator is not enough to provide the on-voltage of the thyristor, and the generator can not be excited by itself, so it is necessary to set up another excitation power supply.
