GE Fanuc/VMIC VMI PMC-5565/5565 piorc反射内存PMC模块是GE Fanuc嵌入式系统VMIxxx-5565系列反射内存(RFM)实时网络产品的PCI夹层卡(PMC)成员。该系列的其他成员包括VMI VME-5565(VME兼容板)和VMI PCI-5565(PCI兼容板)。所有这三种产品都是网络兼容的，并且可以以任何组合集成到网络中。

The GE Fanuc/VMIC VMI PMC-5565/5565 piorc Reflective Memory PMC module is a PCI Sandwich card (PMC) member of the GE Fanuc Embedded system VMIxxx-5565 series Reflective Memory (RFM) real-time networking products. Other members of the family include the VMI VME-5565(VME compatible board) and the VMI PCI-5565(PCI compatible board). All three products are network compatible and can be integrated into the network in any combination.

This family of products allows computers, workstations, PLCS and other embedded controllers with different operating systems or no operating systems at all to share data in real time.

For local nodes, the reflected memory board appears as shared memory. Any level of software, including the application itself, can write data to or read from memory. Data written to the reflected memory in one node is transmitted by the network hardware to all other nodes and placed at the same address on the reflected memory boards of those nodes. This data transfer is completed without the involvement of any processor on the node. With this system, all nodes on the network have a local copy of the shared data available for instant access.
