Flexibility and ease of use

One of Abaco Systems' first products to take advantage of Intel's dual-core architecture, the V7768 offers processing speeds of up to 2.16 GHz via an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, as well as the Intel 945GME Express chipset and rich I/O set. To make installation and maintenance easier, the V7768 integrates the EasyRail PMC mounting system, which allows the PMC palette to be installed when only accessible from the exposed "top" side. It is no longer necessary to remove the multi-slot carrier assembly to access the PMC mounting screws, greatly reducing configuration time.
