The IS420UCSBH4A controller is another UCSB controller produced by General Electric for the Mark VIe series. The controller is described as being able to work in the EX2100e, LS2100e and Mark VIe series running on 1066 MHz EP80579 Intel processors. The EP80579 processor is designed to help applications that require high reliability and speed. In addition to the processors used mentioned above, this model is similar to previous UCSB controllers in that the controllers all use the same processor type, but operate on different MHz.

The IS420UCSBH4A controller is similar to the UCSC controller in the Mark VIe series, the difference between the two sets of controllers is in the hardware, but they have some similarities in terms of the advantages of the controller.
