Trusted®TMR 24 Vdc数字输入模块接口到40个现场输入设备。容错是通过模块内40个输入通道中的每一个的三模冗余(TMR)架构实现的。

The Trusted®TMR 24 Vdc digital input module interfaces to 40 field input devices. Fault tolerance is achieved through the three-mode redundancy (TMR) architecture of each of the 40 input channels within the module.
The input for each field is tripled, and the input voltage is measured using a sigma-delta input circuit. The resulting field voltage measurement is compared with a user-configurable threshold voltage to determine the reported field input state. When line monitoring devices are installed at field switches, the module can detect field cable breaks and short circuits. The line monitoring function is configured independently for each input channel. Triple voltage measurement, coupled with onboard diagnostic testing, provides comprehensive fault detection and fault tolerance.
The module provides onboard event sequence (SOE) reports with a resolution of 1 millisecond. A change in state triggers the SOE entry. The state is determined by the voltage threshold and can be configured on a per-channel basis.
