The Allen-Bradley 1769-L35E 1769 CompactLogix controller is a programmable automation controller (PAC) for the medium-sized control requirements of the process and factory automation industries. The controller features integrated One(1) RS232 and One(1) Ethernet communication ports with 1.5MB of integrated memory.
The controller supports installation of thirty (30) local expansion bank I/O. It also allows expansion of up to three (3) extension banks with the use of two (2) extension cables.
Controller modification, 16. Revision 17. For 19.015, 19.01.00 is used, and for 20.013, 20.01.00 is used. If the controller version is 21.00 or later, use the Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
Ethernet can be configured via RSNetworx for Ethernet, BOOTP-DHCP, and by providing rotary switches. The required communication is a standard Cat5 or Cat6 cable that supports distances up to 100 meters. It also supports 10/100mbps transfer rates with auto-negotiation.
