The GE Fanuc IC694ALG442-CC is an analog combined current/voltage input/output module for Rx3i PacSystems. It provides four different input channels and two single-ended output channels. Each channel can be configured using Machine Edition software in any of the following ranges:
(0 to +10) Unipolar: This is the default setting for the system and will be set automatically at installation unless changed.
(-10 to +10 volts) Bipolar: This range is used for applications that require both positive and negative voltages.
0 to 20 mA: This range is used for current-based input signals.
4 to 20 mA: This range is also used for current-based input signals, but is more commonly used than the 0 to 20 mA range.
Output channels can be configured for a variety of different output types, including:
