主要的执行规则和结构模式:
(1)多功能传感器系统由若干种各不相同的敏感元件组成，可以用来同时测星多种参数。例如，可以将一个温度探测器和—个湿度探测器配置在一起制造成—种新的传感器，这种新的传感器就揄够同时测量温度和湿度。

(4)在不同的激励条件下，同一个敏感元件将表现出来不同的特征。而在电压、电流或温度等激励条件均不相同的情况下，由若干种敏感元件组成的一个多功能传感器的特征可想而知将会是多么的千差万别。有时候简直就相当于是若干个不同的传感器一样，其多功能特征可谓名副其实。

Main execution rules and structural patterns:
(1) The multifunctional sensor system is composed of several different sensitive elements, which can be used to measure multiple parameters at the same time. For example, a temperature detector and a humidity detector can be configured together to create a new sensor that can measure temperature and humidity at the same time.

(2) A number of different sensitive elements are exquisitely produced in a single piece of silicon chip, thus constituting a highly integrated and miniaturized multi-functional sensor. Because these sensors are integrated in the same piece of silicon, they work under the same conditions at all times, so it is easy to compensate and correct the system error.

(3) Different information can be obtained by means of different effects of the same sensor. Take the coil as an example, it shows that the capacitance and inductance are different.

(4) Under different excitation conditions, the same sensor will show different characteristics. In the case of different excitation conditions such as voltage, current or temperature, the characteristics of a multi-functional sensor composed of several sensitive elements can be imagined how different it will be. Sometimes it is almost equivalent to several different sensors, and its multi-functional characteristics are worthy of the name.
