The Allen-Bradley 20-750-UFB-1 module is a PowerFlex 750 Universal feedback option module. When using the Safe Speed Monitoring option module, only the PowerFlex 755 drives support the 20-750-UFB-1 module (The Safe speed monitoring option must be used with the 20-750-UFB-1 module or the dual increment encoder with the directory number 20-750-DENC-1). There are two status indicators on the 20-750-UFB-1 module: Indicator 1 shows the status of the 20-750-UFB-1 module board, and indicator 2 shows the status of the DPI communication port. The DIP switch is provided on the 20-750-UFB-1 module for configuration. When the feedback signal is connected to the primary safety channel, the DIP switch Settings will be S1 on, S2 off and S3 on. When the feedback signal is connected to the DIP switch of the secondary safety channel, the DIP switch Settings will be S1 off, S2 on and S3 on. When connecting the feedback signal to the primary and secondary channels of the DIP switch, the Settings will be S1 on, S2 on, and S3 on. When the PowerFlex 755 drive is used as part of an integrated motion system, the 20-750-UFB-1 module can be used in different combinations. When using 2 feedback options and I/O, the 20-750-UFB-1 module will be used for ports 4 to 6. When using 2 feedback options, 1 safe torque off option and I/O, the 20-750-UFB-1 module is available for ports 4 and 5. When using 2 feedback options, 1 safe speed monitoring option and I/O, the 20-750-UFB-1 module is available for ports 4 and 5.

The 20-750-UFB-1 is Allen Bradley's universal feedback encoder module. This module is an accessory module that is compatible with PowerFlex 755 drives in conjunction with the installed Safe Speed Monitor option module.
